We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to treat animals while protecting our clients and staff from COVID19 potential exposures.

At present we are allowing clients in the building on a limited basis.  Please keep the number of people per visit to one per pet, unless otherwise arranged.  If you are picking up food or medication, please call from the parking lot and a staff member will bring it out to you.

For all visits, dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier, cats must be in a carrier. Please clean your carriers if possible before your appointment, a rinse in the shower the day before is helpful, so that we can more easily wipe down your carrier without having to remove built-up dust if stored in the garage for example.

Please maintain a 6' distance from staff and other clients.  Masks and hand sanitizer are available for customer use.  If you have health concerns and would prefer a curbside appointment this can be arranged prior to your visit.

  1. Please arrive early for your scheduled appointment and stay in your car upon arrival.  Our staff will be monitoring the parking lot and will visit your vehicle shortly.
  2. Call (509) 663-8845 if you haven't been helped within 5 minutes of arrival.
  3. Please remain in the parking lot during your pet's visit unless other arrangements have been made
